  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details about your purchase. Once shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days (within the United States). This is the most cost-effective option.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 3–5 business days. This shipping method ensures faster delivery but at a higher cost.
  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–2 business days for customers who need their orders quickly. Please note that express shipping costs will be higher than standard or expedited options.
  • International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.

  • Domestic U.S. Orders: Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. For standard shipping, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3–5 business days, and express shipping takes 1–2 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs processing. Typically, international deliveries can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, and customs delays.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we are unable to process orders to that location at this time. Please check with our customer service team for more details on specific countries.
  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers. Please provide a physical street address during checkout.
  • Restricted Items: Some items may not be eligible for shipping to certain countries or regions due to import restrictions. These items will be noted during checkout if applicable.

7. Order Tracking

10. Return to Sender / Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to resolve the issue. A re-shipping fee may apply, and we will issue a refund only if the package is returned to us in original, unused condition.
